Norman has been an active investor in real estate for over thirty years and has advised high net worth investors and family offices in the US and Europe on real estate investments and related financings in the last twenty years.

Norman began his business career with Bankers Trust Company in New York in its Commercial Lending Officer Training Program. He spent most of the next twenty-five years in London in a series of management positions at major international banks, including Citigroup, Chase Manhattan Bank and HSBC. Norman’s transaction experience spans commercial credit, project finance, structured credit, private placements, trade finance, and derivatives. He has also a background in private banking including estate planning and investment management.

After graduating from Saint Peter’s University with a B.S. in political science, Norman enlisted in the US Army. He was trained as a translator/interpreter at the Defense Language Institute, Monterey, CA. Following military service, Norman pursued graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a National Defense Foreign Language Fellow and founding Director of the Modern Languages College House. During this time, he also studied at the American University in Cairo and at the Institut de Langues Modernes in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Though born and raised in New Jersey, he has lifelong family ties to Florida where his family has been active in real estate and real estate broking for over 50 years. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and has lived in Florida for the last 8 years.
